Your friends have been telling you for ten years. You have the credentials, the languages, the services, and twenty years of court-tested work. What you don’t have is a way for anyone to find it. This is the plan we talked through on Thursday, itemized.
Where things stand
Search “Fresh Psychological Beginnings” and there’s no Google Business Profile to find. The website went up last week, is still under construction, and the consultation button doesn’t work. Meanwhile the practice itself is the strongest thing on the table: doctoral credentials since 2005, bilingual evaluations five ways, school district contracts, and immigration work that clients pay for in cash the same week.
The gap isn’t your qualifications. It’s that Google has never been told about them. That’s fixable, and the fix is measurable week by week.

Phase two · scoped separately
| Attorney referral engineOutreach to immigration attorneys nationwide. We plan this together once the website and Google presence are live and working; details below. | separate conversation |
The website covers your whole practice: immigration evaluations, neuropsych and school testing, and clinical services each get their own pages, with the immigration side built out deepest because that’s where the growth is. And one thing checked before pricing anything: Illinois licensing law prohibits percentage-based marketing fees for psychologists, so everything here is a flat fee. Your license stays clean and your court reports stay unimpeachable.
No contracts · No lock-inScope of work
We’re not doing everything at once, because that’s how marketing money gets wasted. The website and Google presence go first; the attorney outreach gets designed on top of them once they’re live and proving themselves.
In the $3,000 · yours to own
A site for the whole practice, built so every visitor lands somewhere that feels like it was written for them:
First month free · then $649/mo
The piece you asked for first: “get me that Google page.” Then the system that makes it climb:
A soft water company in Cincinnati went from invisible to #1 on its money keyword in seven weeks with this exact system. You watched me pull up that map on Thursday.
Separate conversation · once the foundation is live
The math you laid out yourself: two attorneys built a $30,000-a-year referral stream, and it took you a year of unreturned emails to land the second one. There are roughly 18,000 immigration attorneys in the country, and reaching them systematically is a real campaign: verified attorney lists, professional email outreach, phone follow-up, meetings booked straight onto your calendar for you to close.
Here’s why it waits, and it’s not a sales trick. Every attorney that outreach touches will look you up before they reply. If they find a half-built site and no Google presence, the campaign is spending money to send people to a closed door. Once your site is live and your map rankings are moving, the same campaign lands on proof instead of promises.
Planning note for the virtual side: through the PSYPACT compact, Illinois psychologists can serve clients in about 42 states, Arizona included. A few big ones, California among them, sit outside the compact and need their own approach. Mapping your virtual coverage properly is part of the phase-two conversation.
The free month
Every website I build gets this: the first month of managed local search, free, starting the day your site goes live. The weekly ranking maps show movement inside the first few weeks, and once you watch your own area start changing color, you’ll keep it running yourself. That’s the bet I’m making, and I’d rather make it with my money than ask you to trust a pitch.
If the month ends and you’re not convinced, you cancel, and you still own a new website and a verified Google Business Profile.
One ask in return: when the immigration work takes off, introduce me to a couple of colleagues who are sitting on the same problem you were. That’s worth more to me than the margin on this price.
Timeline
What the site should say, who it speaks to, what you like visually, how you want people to reach you. You talk, I take notes.
You react to a direction, not a finished site. We loop until you’re 110% happy, and only then does the rest get built. That’s the gate, not a calendar.
Balance due at your sign-off. The free month of local search starts the same day, and your first weekly ranking map lands that week.
Thirty days of maps and reports, then keep what earns its spot. Once the foundation is proving itself, we sit down for the attorney outreach conversation, and it launches from a website that backs up every word.
Terms, plainly
Every monthly service is month-to-month, cancel anytime, each independent of the others. No notice period.
The domain, the site files, the Google Business Profile: registered to you, not to me. If you ever walk, you take everything.
$1,500 deposit to begin. The remaining $1,500 is due only when you approve the site. Not before.
Every tactic here was checked against Illinois psychologist licensing law, Google’s policies, and FTC review rules before it went on this page. Flat fees only. Your license and your court credibility stay untouchable.
Pick a day for the design interview and this is moving the same week. You don’t have to lift a finger beyond that hour. You told me that’s the point.
Or call or text me. You’ve got my number.
